We saw too many people in our North Phoenix community being taken advantage of, caught in the uncomfortable heat of the Arizona summer or the rare chill of winter, and then further burdened by dishonest contractors. It felt wrong, and we knew we could offer a better way.
The HVAC field, unfortunately, often seemed to be riddled with quick fixes that didn’t last, inflated prices for simple repairs, and a general lack of transparency. We watched as homeowners, often vulnerable and desperate for relief, were upsold on unnecessary services or left with systems that still weren’t quite right.
